DEPOSIT Our deposit is £50 per person or the full amount of the booking, and is non-refundable.
The rest of the amount will be given with your arrival l in the hotel.

You can come in contact with us at least one month before your arrival
and if there are any available rooms for the new date it will be able to change it.
No charge for changes done one month before arrival - dependent on availability.

We can arrange your transfer if you want. This will be by taxi or mini bus
COTS If you require a cot please request at the time of booking. No charge.
SWIMMING POOLS. Always accompany your children in the pool and around the accommodation.
SPECIAL REQUESTS If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of your booking or as soon as possible afterwards. We will try our best to cater for what you need, although we cannot guarantee it.
MAID SERVICE Towels & bed linen are supplied by the accommodation and changed at least twice weekly.
BEACH TOWELS Please bring your own towels.
Check In: Earliest check in will be 14:00 on the day your booking states.
You will normally be asked to check out of your room by midday (12 pm) on the last day of your holiday. A shower room or storage facilities they are available for your luggage. You may be able to keep your room until later at a small charge, please let us know if you would like us to provide you with this facility.
DAMAGE You will be liable for the damage or loss of any item from the accommodation. The accommodation owner charge you to replace or repair the item.
GENERAL BEHAVIOUR As a guest in another country, it is courteous to treat the local people and other travellers with respect. If you disrupt or cause distress, are considered to be dangerous, abusive or threatening during your flight, at your accommodation, to any people like staff or suppliers, or other travellers your holiday will (without compensation or refund to you) be stopped immediately and you may face civil or criminal charges in resort.
